| Property Name: | Zeilhorsterweg |
| Location: | Amsterdam, Netherlands |
| Description: | The acquisition of Lindeveste, a portfolio of seven commercial buildings in cities surrounding Amsterdam, is a value-added investment in line with our strategy to provided geographic diversification for our programs. We expect this portfolio to benefit from our partnership with co-investor HCI Group AG, one of Germany's leading closed-end fund sponsors. HCI Group AG will locally manage this asset. The Lindeveste Portfolio, which totals 44,228 square feet, is comprised of seven suburban office properties located in the Dutch cities of Amersfoort, Driebergen-Rijsenburg, Eindhoven, Hengelo, Rozenburg, Tilburg, and Zwolle. Tenancy in these buildings is a mix of international, regional, and local businesses, and two properties - Tilburg and Hengelo - are each 100 percent leased. The Tilburg building is occupied by International Flavors and Fragrances, a manufacturer of Hugo Boss and Estee' Lauder fragrances. PriceWaterhouseCoopers occupies the Hengelo structure. The remaining five assets are approximately 86 percent leased. Through our relationship with HCI Capital AG, we plan to renovate and reposition each property and then renew leases at higher market rates. Property Highlights:
