This planned 13-story, 303,166-square-foot office building is LEED pre-certified Silver and intends to operate under ENERGY STAR standards. “LEED” is the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, which provides standards for environmentally sustainable construction. ENERGY STAR is a program designed to help protect the environment by using energy efficient products and practices.
