The Wanamaker Building in Center City Philadelphia, the city’s downtown area, is a 12-story, mixed-use building built in 1911.

Renovations were completed in 1990 and 1997, but the building’s original architecture, which consists of fluted columns, elaborate moldings, and covered ceilings, was preserved. The Wanamaker Building totals more than 1.38 million rentable square feet, with 435,475 leased to Macy’s, a department store that occupies the first three floors.

The building features a seven-story atrium and a grand lobby. Amenities include a lobby café,
fitness center, conference rooms and meeting space, and underground parking garage.
